Saturday night was packed full of laughs and most of those occurred in the DeLuxe Tent for Perth comedian, Colin Ebsworth. His latest Fringe World show, Neato Burrito had everyone in stitches and with a packed house and some boisterous ladies in the front row even the struggle to find a seat couldn’t dim the mood.
One of the best things about Neato Burrito was the unabashed tone Ebsworth took to his comedy as he told tales of his recent break-up, as well as his very relatable qualms with the deep seated nationalist attitude that seems to resonate within Australia.
The show was very much a smorgasbord of social issues and Ebsworth chowed into them hastily, pushing for time towards the end of the set. Managing to sweeten the topics up a little for the audience’s digestion, the Perth talent showed why he made it to the Raw Comedy National Finals and had sell-out runs of previous Fringe shows.
Daring enough to tiptoe the line between politics and humour, Colin Ebsworth’s latest Fringe offering is something to not be missed as the local comedian fires wit in all directions.
Neato Burrito runs until February 11, more info on the show can be found here.
